I moved my mother out of Kozy Kare soon after the Blounts took ownership. There were concerns about medication administration and overall care. Both of her expensive hearing aids disappeared within a 2-week time frame, and no effort was made by caregivers or management to try to find them. Beware! This was a bad experience!

Both of my mother's expensive hearing aids disappeared within a two-week time frame, and caregivers and management were not at all concerned with trying to find them. I absolutely cannot recommend this facility to anyone.

Professional owner and staff, very nice environment.
My mom was a resident before passing recently the owner and the staff were so kind, professional and helpful all the time. Strongly recommend this place it’s better than most homes I visited before settling for this one.
The place is near everything, quite, peaceful and clean. My aunt likes three fresh meals served every day(The kozzy kare taste) Am glad we got a place as good as home ! Highly recommend this place.
My dear aunt stays here and has a clean, quiet room to herself. They cook for her and other residents three fresh meals every day ; and she loves it! The new owners and staff at this place are professional and very friendly, which makes her feel at home in a special way. Most residents Kozzy Kare are seniors and she is doing much better than when she was at the former mixed facility, and loves it more here. The place is a perfect fit for us. Because, she says it's comfortable, convenient and like being at home with all help she needs for her daily living. I'm glad she loves it and highly recommend this place.
Beware I moved my mother within the first month that the new owners took over in May 2019. I had concerns about the care and medication administration.
