My father stays here and the staff is very kind and elderly friendly. Very clean and very professional.
Maria is very personal with each resident. Her homes are very very clean.The rooms are very comfortable. The food is very tasty 😋 😜 😍 👌 😊 cooked 🍳 great. The care givers are awesome 👌 👏 👍 to the residents very caring. This home is the best I've ever been in.Thank you ❤️ 💓 Maria.

Who ever is the phone operator who answers the phone first is extremely extremely rude and if she’s rude for somebody to call for information imagine how they treat the poor elderly people there shake my head somebody needs retraining in customer service and everything else on top of that. I called to simply ask if the residents were handing out candy due to my experience as a caregiver it lifts the spirits up especially in elderly when I asked my question you were extremely rude I’m not changing my review and I stated my job because I had people telling me at retirement homes people don’t show up and WE wanted to support but with that ugly attitude towards just that am I supposed to think differently and now you’re blowing my phone up with unsolicited phone calls and STILL RUDE instant block don’t call my phone to come at me sideways like I said retraining is NEEDED can’t even handle simple criticism
Lean on me is wonderful! Maria and her staff are very caring and loving with the residents. They truly understand the dignity of people especially when the residents are near to end of life. I like the ratio of caregivers to residents.
