My father has been treated well. Everyone is friendly and helpful, from maintenance, housekeeping all the way up to the nurses and other care teams.
They neglect their patients here, anytime they have to do something to help my family member they would roll their eyes and throw a fit. They neglect their patients, basically offer them minimal to no rehabilitation, they just sit in a bed and deteriorate here. Refused to give us medical records when there was an incident at this facility as well. Their fall protection protocols are minimal at best. This facility would have let my loved one deteriorate and die. I would not put my family member in this facility, EVER! We had our loved one transferred to a much better facility and now they are…

My mother was taken her on 6/7/2026, This place is super clean and the Nurses & CNA's are fantastic they are very attentive to her needs. (its a far cry from the place next to Honor Health JCL)
The place is nice and appears well maintained. Service workers were All attentive and courteous. However, the place does smell a bit. Could be soiled linens that just hadn’t made their way to cleaning yet?
Life Care Center is caring for my elderly mother who recently fell. She is receiving therapy and improving. The facility us clean, food good and professional staff
