4.6 · 125 reviewsWe recently toured Maravilla Scottsdale, and it is a beautiful campus. The entire property was kept very clean. There are multiple lounges, meeting/card rooms, and an indoor lap pool. We enjoyed a very good lunch and spent time talking with Xavier, the restaurant manager. He was very pleasant and shared a lot of information with us. We looked at a two bedroom apartment and that was also very nice.
Miravella is a beautiful place with extremely friendly and welcoming residents. The apartments are gorgeous. The food in the dining room was delicious.
My husband I and I attended the "Open House" at the Maravilla last week. We were able to see multiple floor plans that have been added. It was a well organised event, plenty of staff to direct and show the facility. We even spend some time with residents. What a great experience. We will keep this beautiful facility in mind for our future down the road.

I visited Maravilla Scottsdale this morning, and it is nothing short of spectacular. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment you arrive. Every inch of the property is beautifully maintained and truly immaculate. The new residences are absolutely stunning, with thoughtful design and high end finishes throughout. You can tell there is a strong attention to detail and pride in the community. Maravilla sets the standard for senior living, and it shows in every aspect of the experience. Highly impressive and definitely worth a visit.
My husband and I are considering buying in a retirement community. We toured Maravilla Scottsdale with Adam. The property and amenities are worth considering. We are not ready to make a commitment, but Maravilla is high on our list.
Adam was our tour guide around the facility and he was simply magnificent. You have something absolute unique there. I hope in 2 1/2 years When the timeframe is exactly set for us, I can’t tell you how delightful our tour was how great Adam was how delicious the food was. He did an amazing job and he had two couples to boot so I’d give him 10 stars and if we ever end up in Phoenix, which I hope we do. It will definitely be Maravilla

We had a very thorough and informative tour of the entire Maravilla development with Tracy Lundgren, their sales representative. She did a great job and we were very impressed with the facilities, the residents accommodations and the overall ambiance…very nice!
