It was a sincere pleasure working with LaTonya Watkins, CEO of Monarch Placement & Consulting Services, to find the perfect assisted living facility for my Aunt Karen. LaTonya even drove all the way to Green Valley to spend several hours with my mother, my aunt, and me, addressing every question and concern with incredible detail. She is both warmly engaging and deeply knowledgeable about the assisted living landscape in Tucson and the surrounding area. Her extensive background with Arizona Long-Term Care Services (ALTCS) was particularly invaluable to us. LaTonya kept in touch every step of the way, providing tailored options that met my aunt’s specific needs and interests. Without her guidance, this process would have been absolutely overwhelming. We will be recommending her services to everyone!
I received a call from LaTonya as she was looking for transportation for one of her clients. I was able to find availability in the Tucson Ride schedule, and she booked the transport. LaTonya was very detailed and provided all the pertinent information in a timely manner to allow a successful ride for her client. LaTonya keeps her clients’ best interests as a priority and I highly recommend her for those in need of this type of service.
LaTonya is amazing! I spent many months trying to find the perfect resources for my Mom. Long story, not to be told here. I told LaTonya the situation, and she actually listened! She interacted with my 91 year old mom in the most respectful and sweet manner. She has even checked in to see how my mom is since the move. My mom is now in a home that she loves, and is affordable. As of today, my Mom is doing really well. Thank you LaTonya. As I've already said to you, I couldn't have done it without you!!! You are a Rockstar!

Latonya came highly recommended by our kind neighbor. I had been searching for 6 months, only to find very expensive assisted living homes. Latonya was Amazing, communicative, helpful and very informative. Also very kind, which was super important. She was able to place my mother in a home very quickly and my mother is super happy. I will continue to share Latonya's information with everyone I come into contact with, you never know who might need some assistance. Thank you so much for Everything!
