The majority of the staff are very welcoming, kind, helpful and truly a pleasure to interact with. There are many positive experiences I have had with my mom being at Mosaic Gardens. Turnover, short staffing has been a norm for a few months and resident care is not up to par. My mom has been left sitting in soaking wet clothes for hours at a time. Today she had not been changed in almost 7 hours upon my arrival. My brother and I visit 4-5 times a week and are distraught at the conditions we find our mom in. I had Thanksgiving Dinner here with my father in law and was impressed with the meal prepared by the executive chef. Several caregivers happened by our table during our meal to check on dad and administer scheduled medication. Everything was very relaxed but organized and felt very comfortable. All of the staff we met were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful facility with amazing care. All of the staff goes above and beyond to provide the comfort our loved ones need. Nora has been extremely helpful and always available. I would highly recommend this facility!

I can’t say enough good things about Mosaic Gardens Memory Care. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and cared for. The staff truly go above and beyond to make residents feel at home; whether it’s through engagement, personalized care, or the simple kindness shown in everyday interactions. The community is clean, safe, and filled with warmth. Just know your loved one is in capable and compassionate hands.

I know no one will ever love or care for your parent the way you do, but it’s comforting to know there’s a place where people are truly seen and heard. At Mosaic Gardens Scottsdale, I’ve often witnessed staff calling residents by name, offering hugs, sharing kind gestures, and even receiving kisses from residents in return. My mother has been at Mosaic Gardens for six months. The transition hasn’t been easy, but the staff have worked hard to ease the burden. Each team member brings a special gift—whether it’s sitting with residents, talking with them, offering an activity, or taking them for a short walk. I’m especially grateful for the staff who take time when my mom is struggling, allowing her to sit in their office, talk, or find comfort in simple activities. Caregiving is never easy, but I truly believe the staff here do their best every day. Families are encouraged to be involved as well, and I’ve appreciated being welcomed into the Mosaic Gardens community. They even hold monthly Town Hall meetings where input is taken seriously, and changes are made with residents and families in mind. This is my first experience with a memory care facility, so I have nothing to compare it to—but I deeply appreciate the effort, care, and compassion shown here. While no place is perfect, Mosaic Gardens has been a blessing for my mom and our family.

I have often observed respect, individuality and encouraging self reliance with those that reside here. There are spaces set aside to recognize each persons unique abilities that are designed to support memory. The activities at this community stimulates the senses and cognitive function. The use of learning and engagement continues to be a mechanism of socialization. The food is is very tasty and recommend family and friends to come and break bread. The care that’s is given is the best I have seen. I strongly recommend this community for your loved one that may need some assistance with memory care.

We were looking for the perfect place to call home for my father in law and we hit the jackpot! Thanks to Abigail, Rose and the rest of the team for making Rafaels transition so easy. They are with you every step of the way to ensure your loved one gets the best care and is helped as much as they need! They really try to get to know your loved one and will ask you questions to ensure that they are treated well and to their liking. Thank you so much for all of your help and we look forward to many visits!

We were in search for a loving, safe and patient community for my mom who has dementia. We came across Mosaic Gardens and Rose St Claire. What a God send! She interviewed us and showed us around the beautiful home and what they have to offer. Upon arrival on move in day we had a sit down meeting with all the heads of departments. The head nurse, activity director, chef, director of facility, the head of maintenance, and a medical tech. They all asked questions to get to know my mom and how they could make her new home a happy place. It was so comforting to have people really show they care about their residents. I highly recommend Mosaic Gardens for your loved one if they are needing memory care. The home has wonderful food, activities and is clean! The care takers are loving and kind and always dancing with my mom! It is such a blessing to have my mom living in such a peaceful community!
