I greatly appreciate the Team of Directors and The Care Staff here at Mosaic Gardens. We greatly appreciate all the Families for the great feedback to all of our new Changes and New Ideas.
This community offers a warm and friendly environment where the staff seem happy and the residents look well cared for.
Very good facility
This is by far one of the worst Memory Care facilities!! They love to get you in the door, answer all your questions, take your money and pretend they care and then you loose a loved one and they disregard you completely, no more caring, no more communication and just overall extremely unhelpful!
Love Mosaic Gardens but was so sad when the tree from the lobby was gone. It was a nice source of conversation and place to gather and enjoy. Not to mention our granddaughter used to look forward to seeing the new decorations when we visit mom. Please reconsider and bring it back!! Looks so bare!
My wife of 46 years has Alzheimer's . I looked at a lot of places for memory care . This was the best choice I thought and prayed . And I was right . The whole staff has been great . I go everyday , they allow visitors 24 hours a day . I have been there during the day and into the night and have met and seen all of the staff . I have seen how they treat the residents and how they work , how they clean , how they feed them and what they feed them . I am so happy with my decision. I believe my beautiful wife will someday know I loved her so much to have her in a caring place as Mosaic Gardens Chandler . I posted this over a year ago and I feel even stronger in my feelings about Mosaic Gardens. My wife is very happy there and I continue to be very happy with my decision. Mosaic has not only cared and supported my wife but I as well. And I want to thank each and every staff member for their hard work and compassion.
I was sent a message from this Employer to show up for a job interview; I showed up, the staff were oblivious as to who I had an interview with, and if I had one scheduled. I sat in the lobby waiting for 40 minutes! The way I was treated was rude and unprofessional! I sent a message asking the person ( They never gave a name), telling the person that I arrived and was waiting; no reply ever! No “sorry for the inconvenience “ at all! The ED should have said something! I could not just ignore an applicant as a Manager. I would have said something! This place was very inconsiderate of my time, maybe this was a Blessing in disguise.
