Before yesterday, when I learned the staff would no longer deliver occasional meals to my mother's room, I would have rated meals as a four. We have been told they will no longer do this, because of the shortage of staff. Other than Nurse [name removed], who tries to make time to play bingo with the residence, there are no activities done with the persons in assisted-living. Our family, my mother and the other residents are very upset and discouraged about this. And our family has noticed a definite decline in our mother's mental health. New owners are terrible. Most staff quit no longer there, without front desk, chef and activity manager for weeks. Price increase of almost [fee removed] per month, limit dinner menu to 1 choice, deacted help button in bathroom, and removed inside garbage upstairs to outside ground floor only. If we could give it a -2 we would.

What our family likes the most about North Chandler Place is having the comfort and reassurance she's well taken care of . Gives me good peace of mind. She is safe there and we would recommend them to other families based on the experience we have had so far.
NCP staff were wonderful and made the process of moving my dad in to his apartment so easy. They were on top of all the concerns we had and maintenance fixed a couple small issues the same day. [name removed] are amazing and go above and beyond.
I would like to let you know that North Chandler place is a blessing to me and my sister. They have taken very good care of her and made adjustments to assist where needed. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to have a safe place for their loved one; whether it's mom or anybody else for that matter. It is also allowed me to be able to do the ordained calling that I was given by Yahweh with peace of mind.
Friendly staff. Housekeeping is adequate. Easy move-in process. Satisfactory meals. Overall, my experience at North Chandler Place has been good! I would recommend this facility to others.
We were looking for a place for my parents. We had a tour with [name removed]. He was great! The campus is clearly older but the new paint looks really nice. The apartments felt homelike and we think it will be an awesome fit for my parents.
