The owners are extremely attentive to your concerns. Main thing they can improve on are activities for the residents. They sit and look at tv all day.
The lady is an RN who owns and runs the home and she genuinely cares for the patients, her husband and children often come and help make it feel like a family setting more. The caregivers are nice, my uncle especially likes [name removed] and feels she's very responsive to his needs. They try to accommodate meal wise and he is on a special puréed diet, he has no complaints. I've had him in several homes and if he's not happy he calls me every day to say so. We really like the owners and we do think that the working staff are very attentive. We are not there all the time but we do think they could improve on the activities and just engaging with the residents a little more.
Great home with quality care. I highly recommend this home to anyone seeking a safe and compassionate environment for your loved one.
