My stepfather was a resident here for five months. Having to place them in care was the hardest thing to do as this is for the first time having someone else take care of your loved one. The staff at Palm valley living was more than just helpful they answered all my questions gave me guidance on next steps for his care and allowed me to stop in at any time to bring breakfast lunch or just nightly visits with him. And anytime popping and he was always bathed fed fresh shave and a smile on his face. The open communication between the staff was extremely helpful and weekly updates on his care was always providing. After my stepfather's passing they continue to reach out to me to make sure I was okay and can't answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend Palm valley living. It is a very intimate and private setting for your loved one

The facility is nice and clean and very convenient for us. We can visit our dad anytime. Very accommodating and the staffs are very kind and professional.

Palm Valley Living. This review is in regards to the wonderful care my mother has received from Palm Valley Living. Three years ago my mother’s mental health started to decline. I had retired from work. So l was able to take care of her myself, but as time went on it became harder to take care of her. I realized l didn’t have the skills or knowledge on this ever changing situation. She needed around the clock care. My husband and I decided to look for a home with around the clock care. We looked at several big facilities,but felt this wasn’t for her. I felt she would be lost in a large facility. We contacted a broker, no charge to us who would help us find the fit for our mom. The broker suggested Palm Valley Living. As soon as we walked in the home, it just felt right. It looked clean and neat. Each guest has their own private room fully furnished and most have a nice size TV. Guests that need extra care it’s available to them. My mother needs this extra care in maintaining her hygiene. If needed for some guests, a nurse comes once a week and checks patients that need it. My mother needs this,and l get a weekly report from the nurse in how she is doing. The staff is great and very caring. They make sure guests are comfortable and kept clean and have their meals on time. Overall we have been very happy with this home for the elderly. Palm Valley Living provides a caring home environment to those who cannot perform activities of daily living. The caregivers are kind, caring and act promptly and effectively in response to situations that demand immediate attention. The meals are healthy and appetizing which keeps your loved ones interested in nourishment activities. My mom has been a resident for quite some time and she is thriving! Palm Valley Living’s care is definitely elevated!! I highly recommend it!
