My dear Uncle lived at PVSR for several years. Anca and her team provided a high level of care and love for him. They would communicate with me on a regular basis and share any information I needed to make sure he was happy and healthy. The house is spacious and in a lovely part of the Valley. The meals that are cooked for the residents are thoughtful and nutritious. I would recommend PVSR!
My mom has been at the Paradise Valley Senior Retreat for almost 2 years! The home is lovely but above all, the caregivers are AMAZING!! They truly love the residents and treat them with great care. I have been so impressed! I go to the home often and am always welcomed and no matter what time of day I am there, the caregivers are there to help out! Anka has been very gracious to my family down to the last detail of making sure that meds are in order- to making sure that the residents have everything they need. I cannot say enough about Paradise Valley Senior Retreat and Anca and Florin. They have been caring for my parents for about 3 years. They treat them like family and are loving and kind, as are all their staff. Anca makes it so easy for family. When my mom needed to go to the emergency room, Anca sent her in the ambulance with all the appropriate contact information for the doctors as well as the medical information. (The nurse commented that she never sees that). Your loved ones could not be better cared for at PV Senior Retreat.
I cannot emphasize strongly enough what a wonderful care facility this is. Anca, Florin and their staff provide the most amazing care for my parents who suffer from dementia/Alzheimers. The facility is always clean and smells like a home not a nursing home. The meals are home cooked with love. I never worry that my parents are not receiving THE BEST care. Thank you for all that do to assist our family during these difficult times.
Loving, caring, proactive and attentive are just a few words to describe the outstanding care provided at PV Senior retreat. Anca and her team of caregivers go above and beyond the expectations for the care of loved ones. I have been in many other homes and others do not hold a candle to this place. You would be lucky to have your loved one live in this home.
Would highly recommend PV Senior Retreat for your loved ones. Staff does an amazing job taking care of residents needs. Very warm and loving environment.
Paradise Valley Senior Retreat has set the bar high in the Assisted Living Market in Paradise Valley - their prices are beyond competitive and their service surpass those of their immediate competitors. You will not regret moving mom/dad into this Assisted Living Home. The 1 star review here is out of touch and a bogus review.
