Lack of care, short staff, the manager is the nurse and she sleeps when she should be monitoring residents. Residents have taken multiple falls ending in a trips to the hospital. Money is the primary concern, not the care of the residents. The husband has an explosive temper. Our family had a terrible experience with our family member being injured many times before being moved to a facility that gave excellent care, good nutrition, and staff that communicated with the family and healthcare…
