I had to intervene to get her $800 she was overcharged when a new owner bought the facility and took this money without giving her a rent increase of 30 days notice. Two caretakers and my sister does not want to move. Never passed one inspection with just a few deficiencies. Only 7 residents. Ham is not that expensive. Ridiculous. [Name removed], Westwood, NJ
