Saguaro Ranch is a beautiful home with a caring director and staff! Our mother has lived at Saguaro Ranch for over a year and is thriving. The home is very welcoming to all residents and their families. Our mother has a beautiful room and she has been able to decorate it in the manner that makes it feel like home. Everyone is very attentive to her daily needs and her ongoing medical needs. They strive to find projects and activities that she finds interesting. All in all it has been a wonderful place where we feel our mother is safe and well cared for.

The care my husband has received at Saguaro Ranch Luxury Assisted Living has been exceptional. There has been no turnover in staff and they have all become like family. The facility is a beautiful home that has been converted and it feels like a home. Amy, the manager, is always available when I have questions and concerns and I can't say enough good things, other than to keep up the great work.

My family member has been here for over a year. Beautiful, clean and well maintained facility. The staff are truly caring, compassionate and well trained. The staff is sensitive to each resident's individual needs and they work to make them all feel at home. The manager, Amy, is always available and seeks what is best for residents. She listens to the residents and family. An small but substantial example is there are a couple of residents who love hearing old time gospel music. Amy brings them into her office and plays the music for them while she is doing her normal desk work. A sign of caring. There are less expensive assisted living facilities but none as caring

If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will truly be seen, cared for, and treated like family, Saguaro Ranch is it. Honestly, we felt the difference the moment we walked in. It doesn’t feel like a facility — it feels like a warm, peaceful home tucked right into the desert hills, with that quiet, calming kind of beauty you can’t fake. What has meant the most to us is the way the staff shows up every single day. They’re kind, patient, and actually take the time to get to know each resident — what they like, what comforts them, what makes them laugh. You can feel the genuine care in the little things: the check-ins, the conversations, the encouragement, the way they treat people with real dignity. Our family has been grateful for the variety of things residents can do — crafts, music, time outdoors, gardening, or just relaxing in a place that feels safe and homey. Meals are good, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the whole environment feels peaceful. Most importantly: our loved one is happy there. We don’t worry all the time anymore. We feel included, supported, and welcome whenever we visit. If you’re stressed or nervous about making the right choice (we were), I hope this helps. I have been a chair yoga teacher for Saguaro Ranch for 7 years now and it’s such a serene home. I was so sad to read a previous negative review and needed to make it known that not once in the 7 years of twice a week yoga classes have I ever heard a resident referred to as a “number.” The staff and management know every resident by name and they are treated with kindness and respect. Not only is the home beautiful with hand painted scenery walls, a wild desert surrounding it, but the general home vibe is peaceful. Having it be a smaller home gives that luxury of personalized care. We love Saguaro Ranch!
