She took the time to understand his preferences and worked with us to find options that would work for him. We truly appreciated her willingness to work with us. Thank you.
Santé was a true blessing for my husband! He spent 6 wks there recovering from brain surgery. He needed around the clock IV antibiotics through a pick line and the nurses never missed! Santé is truly exceptional in every way! All nurses & PT’s were so nice! My husband loved the food too. Kudos to chef Tobe, super friendly & nice. And especially Estrella in the coffee bistro! She’s super sweet and makes the yummiest drinks, she can make anything!
Sante of surprise is a great Rehab Center. All of the staff are dedicated to meeting the needs of each individual client. They work hard and don't complain. My nurses and cnas are top notch and sweethearts. Marlene in social services is working on some additional assistance for me when I get home. Alex the NP rocks! Estrella is delightful and makes delicious frappacinos, etc.. in the bistro. The food is tasty and the kitchen staff is always willing to accommodate the patients requests. Sincerely, Christine P

The care and food at Sante are outstanding. Tobey in the dining room and Estrella in the Bistro provide delicious items in a skilled professional manner. Makes fantastic homemade soups and offers daily specials and a full menu in the dining room. The quality is much better than actual commercial restaurants. The Bistro serves smoothies, milk shakes and many flavors of specialized coffees.
I am having surgery and wanted to look for a rehab for afterwards in case I need one so I want to be prepared. I checked out Sante of surprise. Tammy was the one doing the tours And she was apologizing because she had a tour before me so I had to wait, which was no problem for me. Tammy showed me around and explained everything about the place and answered my questions. If she didn’t know an answer, she got back with me later. She was very nice, very friendly and helpful. Very caring person. I definitely would like to go to this rehab after surgery. Tammy is an asset to Sante of Surprise
This review is for TOBE is the dining room manager and dining staff. I met him when he brought my first meal to my room as a patient. I have never been greeted with such care and compassion with someone just bringing my meal. Serving is not beneath him every position I have seen his staff perform I have seen him performing the same duties with a smile. The food was awesome 4 Star service and dining room quality. The prices of the food for guest was very very reasonable with healthy portions. The staff was always polite, manageable, and informative, most important respectful.Thank you, TOBE for helping me keep my head held high at such a time as this.
In general, everything is nice here, but what stood out is the restaurant service from Tobé. So much positivity and a love for his job and the people around him. My mother's nurses were kind - nurses really are special people in general.
My loved one had to come to this facility for rehabilitation, and it was one of the most difficult and emotional experiences our family has ever faced. During that time, I was overwhelmed, frustrated, and scared, and unfortunately I took some of those emotions out on our case manager, Leanna. Looking back, I know I was out of line, and I want to sincerely apologize to her. Despite my frustration, Leanna remained calm, professional, compassionate, and supportive throughout our entire stay. She weathered my storm with grace and never stopped advocating for us or providing guidance during an incredibly challenging time. Leanna was truly amazing. She listened, answered our questions, helped us navigate difficult decisions, and offered reassurance when we needed it most. Her kindness and patience made a lasting impact on our family, and I am incredibly grateful for everything she did for us. Thank you, Leanna, for your dedication, understanding, and unwavering support. You made a difficult journey a little easier, and we will never forget that.
