They not only cared for her physical needs but also nurtured her emotionally during one of the hardest times in her life. Their dedication gave me peace of mind knowing my parents were safe, supported, and loved. Serenity’s smaller size, with a maximum of only 10 residents, allowed for true one-on-one attention and created a family-like environment where my parents could feel at home.
