My mom was at Sherwood Heights for two months where she was treated like family. The caregivers checked on her on a regular basis and tried to make her as comfortable as possible. I can’t say enough good things about Sherwood Heights Adult Living in Scottsdale! My mother has been a resident here for several months now, and it has truly been a blessing for our entire family.  From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt the warm, family-like atmosphere they pride themselves on. The staff is incredibly compassionate, professional, and attentive. They take the time to truly get to know each resident and create personalized care plans that respect individual needs and preferences. Whether it’s help with daily activities, medication management, or just providing genuine companionship, they go above and beyond every single day.  The facility itself is clean, spacious, and welcoming, with private rooms, beautiful outdoor areas, and a real sense of community. Mom especially loves the daily activities, pet therapy visits, and how the team coordinates with her healthcare providers to keep everything seamless. The meals are nutritious and delicious, with options tailored to her dietary needs.  What stands out most is how the caregivers treat everyone like family. They’ve brought such peace of mind to us, knowing Mom is safe, happy, and thriving in a supportive environment. If you’re looking for quality assisted or independent living in the Scottsdale area, I highly recommend Sherwood Heights Adult Living without hesitation. They have exceeded our expectations in every way!
This home is truly a Home and Ray and Amira give their heart and soul to their residents! I have never been in this home when it isn’t full of laughter and love! They have fitness classes by Living Gracefully, PLLC! This is a stellar home and highly recommend!!!!

My mom has had great care for the two years she has resided at Sherwood Heights . We couldn't ask for a more loving facility for mom.
When my mom was in Sherwood Heights battling terminal cancer, the care she received was exceptional. The staff were incredibly attentive, providing compassionate and personalized support throughout her stay. They worked seamlessly with Hospice of the Valley, ensuring that her medical and emotional needs were met with professionalism and kindness. The location added a special touch to her time there. The views of the Papago Mountains from the facility were serene and beautiful, offering a peaceful atmosphere for both her and our family. It truly made a difficult time more manageable, knowing she was surrounded by such natural beauty and outstanding care. I highly recommend Sherwood Heights to anyone looking for a caring and tranquil environment for their loved ones during such a challenging chapter of life.
Placing my dad at Sherwood Heights Adult Living has been one of the best decisions for our family. From day one, the staff has been incredibly welcoming, compassionate, and attentive to his needs. My dad absolutely loves the caring team, who treat him like family, and he has built wonderful friendships with the other residents.
I was so scared to place my Mom in an assisted living home. I put it off for as long as we could. There came a time when we couldn’t keep her in her own home and needed more assistance and Sherwood Heights Assisted Living was where we chose to place her. This home is in our neighborhood. The home is clean, serves healthy meals and the staff is amazing. She didn’t need bingo, card games and fine dining - just people who would take good care of her, love on her and make sure she had daily conversation and is safe. I’m so grateful for this home!
My mom has been at Sherwood for about 2 years. The staff is always welcoming. It really feels like family. I never have to worry about her. I can go out of town and know she's taken care of.
