Alia helped me and my father through finding an initial memory care placement for my mother, and then another emergency 24-hr move, all in the span of a month, when her health suddenly declined and the care she required was more then the original community could support. Absolutely could not have made it through this process without Sonoran Senior Solutions. Alia helped me and my father through finding an initial memory care placement for my mother, and then another emergency 24-hr move, all in the span of a month, when her health suddenly declined and the care she required was more then the original community could support. It was a stressful and overwhelming time, but Alia lived up to her title of "Advocate" everyday and supported us through the entire process. My mom has been settled in a wonderful new facility for a few weeks now, and Alia is still touching base with the nurses and staff on-site to get updates on her progress, and even stops by to visit with my mother. This is a critical and incredibly meaningful service for families dealing with the devastating realities of having a loved one with dementia.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Maggie and Alia! From the first conversation, they went above and beyond to ensure my parents were heard and found a home that truly fit ALL their needs. My father needed to upgrade to memory care but my mom is still considered independent. Normally MC facilities allow for individuals and not couples, so my folks folks were a unique case. I was connected to Sonoran Senior Solutions to help find a place for my father who lived in Florida to move out here to Arizona. I was in contact mostly with Alia during what was one of the most stressful times in my life. I lived with my dad in Florida for 6 months. Alia was nothing short of compassionate, caring, understanding, knowledgeable and a huge resource! I could not have navigated his next potential care alone. Maggie and her team have helped my family and I get my grandmother into a safe place almost same day. Her team understood the severity of Alzheimer's and wandering and they moved quickly and efficiently with compassion and empathy. Their follow through and assistance with paperwork and dealing with state assistance has been so helpful during such a stressful time. They have gone above and beyond even to witness legal documents and participate in meetings that were outside of their scope but their help and guidance was so appreciated and truly necessary.
