This is such a great facility (truly feels like a home) and such a wonderful company. The level of care the staff and owners have for each and every resident is rare. I work as a firefighter as well and more often than not see the neglect and lack of empathy that takes place in care faciities, this is not one of those facilities. This is such a great facility (truly feels like a home) and such a wonderful company. The level of care the staff and owners have for each and every resident is rare. I work as a firefighter as well and more often than not see the neglect and lack of empathy that takes place in care faciities, this is not one of those facilities. I was able to tour all three locations and saw the same thing at each location. Happy residents, happy staff, and high end living areas that are well maintained. I never write reviews, but this one felt necessary.
Sunrise Care Homes Hayden House cared for my Dad. The staff took exceptional care of him. They met his every need. His favorite time was meal time. He also enjoyed music time. He made many friends at Hayden house. He celebrated his 90th birthday with a beautiful party. I would highly recommend Sunrise Care homes for the care for your loved one.
LOVE Sunrise care homes! Especially Pam! You will be having your loved one in a home with a manager/caregivers that actually provide exceptional care and truly do care about the well being of all of their residents. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We had the pleasure of placing our stepfather at Sunrise Hayden in 2020 until recently May 2025, when we needed to move him to CA. His time here at Sunrise has been nothing short of wonderful! From the engaging and caring staff, the clean facility, the attention to detail remembering special dates such as birthdays, cherished celebrations, favorite food items, hobbies etc., it was all amazing and very much appreciated. My Dad developed a special relationship with his caregiving staff here and it made all the difference with his comfort and ease in getting settled and adjusted. He made some wonderful friends here that became like family to him. Thank you Sunrise for a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. We appreciate it all and will miss you tremendously!! :)
Sunrise home provided my mom with excellent compassionate care. Clean facility with wonderful staff. I would highly recommend this home.
We had a wonderful experience at Sunrise Care. My mom was very well cared for both physically and emotionally. Catherine, Pam and the team really care and we recommend Sunrise completely for your loved one.
Let’s talk about Hayden my personal favorite. I am in and out of this house daily., The workers are amazing. They’re on it. There’s so much love That filters through this whole house, it fills my heart to see the compassion that they have for each individual client that lives there, Let’s talk about the food. Wow great cooks. Great menu.

Management is professional and responsive, and the dedication of the owner is evident in every detail.
