The Forum has shown incredible kindness and care when it matters for our parents from when they were living on their own until when they came under their care and safety at their facility. The staff are exceptionally patient and welcoming, creating a warm, “homey” environment for our parents when they needed it the most. Knowing our parents were comfortable and treated with genuine compassion brought us immense peace of mind. We are deeply grateful to the entire team at The Forum and highly recommend them to any family seeking a supportive care community for their loved ones.
The Forum has become a much nicer place to live since Stellar took over and most importantly since Rich Howell became our Executive Director. It’s really a novel thing the Executive Director now wants to get to know us and listens to our concerns and gives feedback. A breath of fresh air!
Today around 7:30pm I was walking through the Forum property with my dog and one of your employee almost run me over. I guess there is no speed limit regulation? Likely I got his first name-SOLOMON. Unfortunately didn't get his last name. His position at the Forum is a caregiver. Wow! More likely care no given! I got upset and was trying to talk to him but man was laughing at my face and being very dismissive. Just imagine if it was one of the residents who lives there!! Shame on you Forum!! For whoever is reading this, either you are current or future residents, keep this in mind ! Not sure…

Great tour and delicious lunch.
A wonderful place to live with plenty of activities to enjoy. The staff is caring, the food is excellent, and the company is always seeking feedback and ways to improve if residents are not satisfied. The price to live here is not outrageous.
A wonderful and inviting community with such caring staff!
Nice facility, our family toured assisted living and it was very nice. Staff was nice and the lunch was good. Definitely top of the list for our choices.
I visited with two friends, who are sisters. Don Sullivan has met with the sisters previously. On the day of my visit with the sisters, Don helped them to choose the two units they want to move into on April 1st. He was very kind and helpful to them.
