Lisette and every single employee there, from the nurses to the chefs, could not be nicer. They have all gone above and beyond. The facility itself is beautiful and welcoming. I can't say enough about how impressed I have been with the care that he receives. I am very thankful for all they do. Now I can relax, knowing that he is getting the great care.
I have worked with the Fountans before In the past with my aunt and am now re-looking at it for my mother. Tammy and the entire team have gone Out of their way to make my mom feel comfortable and happy. I would recommend the Fountans without reservation
My mom was being transferred out of a skilled nursing facility and asked if my brothers and me could her a room at The Fountains at La Cholla. We had visited the facility before and called and were connected with Lissette. It was a whirlwind of a couple of days and the help and assistance we received from everyone at the Fountains were fantastic. They were helpful, responsive and comforting during a stressful time. Our mom is doing great thanks to this outstanding team!

Warm and welcoming facility.For my preferences it is a larger place than I would like.Besides I feel I can't go anywhere until my cat passes on. Food was great and all were quite cordial.
I enjoyed my visit with Lisette H. And the tour of The Fountains. My in-laws had lived there & were happy with their life at the Fountains. I was impressed with all that is offered to make my life comfortable. Lisette gave me lots of information on living there & the costs of everything. I am definitely interested! Thank you to Lisette for all she did!
The staff catered my aunts 90th birthday day party at the clubhouse. The food was wonderful and the staff lf was fantastic. They made it a special event for our family. Thanks so much .
Wonderful. Quick getting me in. I’m thrilled. Everyone especially Tammy in Sales is so helpful. The community is sparkling clean. The food is good and the choices for meals are stellar. I have a lovely one bedroom while I wait for a studio. Tammy answered my call, met me at the desk, showed me the perfect apartment with a lovely bougainvillea and large cactus right outside the patio. We picked a room, completed the paperwork, and had the movers complete my move within five hours. I simply love it 😍
Our visit today was to find the best community for my 90 year young mother, and The Fountains looks great! Our tour with Tammy Cornett was comprehensive, she answered all our questions and has such great energy - you can tell she cares about helping others! Ticked all the boxes and I will look no further! Thanks Tammy and all the staff we met today for building a loving community!
