The staff is kind, compassionate, helpful and very friendly. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, a place you call "home". The Heritage has a great Chef and the food selections are nutritious and well balanced, and delicious. There is a wonderful workout room, theater and lovely atrium for visiting with fellow residents. The Heritage Tradition in Sun City West is a happy place to live.. The activities are endless with new things happening all the time. The staff is kind, compassionate, helpful and very friendly. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, a place you call "home". The Heritage has a great Chef and the food selections are nutritious and well balanced, and delicious. There is a wonderful workout room, theater and lovely atrium for visiting with fellow residents. The swimming poolS are heated. Renting at the Heritage includes meals, cleaning services and good transportation options. The location is close to stores, banks and other conveniences. I highly recommend the Heritage Tradition - check it out for yourself. Rluth
Its a beautiful facilitie with numerous activities for all interests. The staff is Awesome! They are there for all your needs. Dinning is a pleasure with numerous choices daily. I choose a cottage due to my Independent life style. It's lovely, and love it Had a few issues when moving in. Two of the best employees from maintenance department corrected the problems. If looking for a a retirement facility there is non better than The Heritage Traditions!! ..
Heritage is the best place to live! Both of my parents live in one of the cottages next to an outdoor pool and my father-in-law lives in the main building with a putting green view out his back door. The amenities and entertainment are amazing. I especially appreciate all the activities they offer. There is never a dull moment living here. The staff go above and beyond their duties to help and make everyone feel special. Even tho I don't live here (yet), I've been able to participate in many of the activities with my parents. I especially love that they offer fun exercise classes such as Line…

Heritage is the best place to live! Both of my parents live in one of the cottages next to an outdoor pool and my father-in-law lives in the main building with a putting green view out his back door. The amenities and entertainment are amazing. I especially appreciate all the activities they offer. There is never a dull moment living here. The staff go above and beyond their duties to help and make everyone feel special. Even tho I don't live here (yet), I've been able to participate in many of the activities with my parents. I especially love that they offer fun exercise classes such as Line Dancing, Zumba, and even Air Boxing. My brother and I join my parents once a week and enjoy dinner in the dining hall and then meet back at their cottage for family night games. Life is FUN at Heritage!

We had a very good visit. Karen gave us a very thorough explanation of all of the services that are offered at Heritage. We also had a complete tour of the facilities and housing choices.
We had a wonderful tour & meal at the Heritage Tradition. All our questions were answered by staff. Would highly recommend to anyone considering a transition. We would love to live here but the financial costs are beyond our reach. Thank you for a delightful time, especially enjoyed our amazing lunch with Betsy.
