Amazing attention to detail, and great care..
The Villas at Wilmot is an Assisted living and Memory care community of eight homes. Each home is designed beautifully, they can house up to ten residents. The grounds are gated and have walking areas with fruit trees and shaded areas to just sit and talk. Each unit is set up just like a home, they have a kitchen, dining room and central living room for all to share. They do activities, outings and also bring in entertainment! I have personally toured and placed one of my clients there and she is living happily! I would highly recommend The Villas at Wilmot to anyone! Be sure to ask for Joe…

This place is very nice except the staff is very hit and miss
My mom will be moving into The Villas at Wilmot. They are small little casitas with eight people in each casita and two caretakers per unit. They're small and quaint. They have a happy dog that's friendly. It's just perfect for my mom. My mom's got a room with a closet and a community bathroom. It's got a big shower and a little seat. It's just enough for my mom. When you walk in, the first thing you see is the kitchen and a great big island. The people are greeting you. They're friendly and welcoming. And then you see one big dining room table that seats eight. Everybody sits at the dining room table to eat; unless you don't want to get up on your bed, then they will serve it to you in your room. There's a big family room where there's couches, chairs, a great big TV, and an activity area. There's a back patio. To the left, there are four rooms, and to the right, there are four rooms. We actually walked in during dinner, and I got a chance to look at what they were serving. It's what you would cook at home. The staff was an angel sent from God above and was amazing. They've got fruit trees, like peace trees, lime trees, lemon trees, orange trees, and apple trees. The residents come out and eat right off the tree. It's just amazing. The way they have it all laid out is so peaceful and really nice.
This place is awful. They lie to get your loved ones as residents. Then they trick you into them seeing their psychiatrist on the first day. This allows them to sedate residents day and night. My loved one is over sedated all day and night. Food is inedible, cold and not able to be chewed. Laundry (clothes and linens) are not given back to the right resident. My loved one is never in his own clothes even underwear. One worker in particular has three inch long nails and hurts the residents by grabbing them while cursing at them. This is a HORRIBLE, MONEY GRABBING FACILITY!
I just want to say for those out there that need help with your loved one when things get unstable and you no longer can care for your family Member, I just want to say The Villas at Wilmont are a 5+ star rated place. They make sure that they are well taken care of ,they are open for you to come and visit any time or call anytime. .They keep you updated on all their health related issues, nurse sand Doctors come in for evaluation to make sure they are well taken care of. There isn't a nicer staff that watches over you loved one either, God bless them for what they do. Thanks you Villa Staff especially Angela & Valerie for all you did for my Dad. I knew my dad was in good hands when I left him there with you, you made me feel that everything would Okay.
Some of the stuff are really loving, caring, respectful with the resident's. The residents are clean, happy.
I was visiting a friend at The Villas today. I was so happy to see everyone so engaged and active. The ladies were sitting outside together listening to music and having fun. It was a great upbeat atmosphere. I definitely recommend checking out The Villas.
