After 11 + years of living here...my only complaint is the gossip that tends to be part of the retirement culture here. Political arguments. But if one can stay uninfluenced by it, the community has almost everything a senior could want...community, activities, wonderful for aging in place without being in assisted living. 95% of homes are well maintained tastefully. This is not your typical 'trailer park'. Supervision of the community is good but not intrusive.

Used their club house for TOPS rally
It used to be very nice and quiet here.... Now tucson estates parkway is an extension of Kenney Rd. With these people racing in and racing out. Try to wave slow down I get flipped the bird.. Nice Need to change the speed limit to 40mph. That's about the min they come thru. People walk their dogs Who don't even live in the community they come in without a bag and leave without a bag . I walk my dog every day twice a day and i'm accosted by my neighbors having their dinner parties making me the butt of their jokes yelling at me to "make sure I pick up ha ha ha "when i've got a bag of dodo in my hand. I HELD IT UP AS PROOF AND WAS TOLD I WAS A GOOD GIRL AND I GET A GOLD STAR. IM A 50YR OLD BLACK WOMAN A GRANDMOTHER OF 4!! HOW DISRESPECTFUL... BUT NOT THE FIRST TIME HERE.... SMH
I came to visit my aunt mama here and had a lovely time. Everyone that I met were very kind and friendly. I would like to call this my new Tucson home.
