Staff members are amazing. You won't find a better staff anywhere else. Mgmt leaves much to be desired, ESPECIALLY, if medical needs are a concern. Their Medical Director lacks compassion, he is a horrific communicator and he is disorganized. Their Director is no better. Their system is antiquated. I was asked twice to back date documents and one of them had to due with my dad's passing. They still use fax machines for prescription updates from outside care facilities which includes HOSPICE. If you can't advocate for a resident who needs attention, this is not the place for them.

My mother was a resident for 18 months. The level of care is exceptional. The staff is loving, caring, and attentive. The owner is readily available and very professional. The house is impeccably clean, the food is healthy and delicious. I highly recommend this facility for your loved one.

My loved one lived there for many years and the last two years and assisted living have been horrific. We don't blame the caregivers for most of the problems. Rather the management is indifferent to the needs of elderly people and lacks transparency. That's exactly what you get when an assisted living facility is owned by private Equity investors in New york.

It was very, very caring and very gracious. The couple of different people we talked to seemed very knowledgeable. The rooms seemed very adequate. Right now, they're being revamped with new paint, new carpeting, and stuff. The grounds seemed very, very pleasant and very pleasing. They had a library and lounge areas, a theater, a room where they had musicians come in, card games and bingo. One thing I liked the most about it was that the dining room was open all day.

Via Linda Assisted Living has been a blessing to our family. The staff is gifted, compassionate, and professional. They have cared for our mother, and us, through every stage of her illness. Words cannot express our gratitude for their service.

Ancala Assisted Living of North Scottsdale is a fairly new facility and run by a gentleman who's a nurse. There are about four or five people there, so the care is really good. We're very happy about where my mom is living. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and my mom has a couple of her own things in there. It has a nice, big bathroom and an open shower which you can just wheel a wheelchair in. The food is specially home cooked, and they try to accommodate what the residents want.

Having toured about a dozen group homes before placing my mother-in-law Ancala Assisted Living was no doubt our choice. The home itself is outstanding offering more amenities than any other home we looked at. Each resident has their own private restroom including a shower, very bright lighting due the numerous skylights, a private sitting area to visit your love ones, the list is endless. But without a doubt the best feature is the caregivers they really cared about the residents taking every measure to insured they were taken care of along with their families. I would highly recommend this facility.

The people are what make this place unforgettable. They put their whole heart out to make sure the residents and families are satisfied with the care intended. They meet the needs and wants, going above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and happy. I couldn't been more pleased to see the dedication and love that goes out to everyone. Would definitely recommend this place!
