4.3 · 108 reviewsEveryone was people and pet friendly. The facility was definitely designed for those who need assisted living. It is also a very nice mix or people who chose independent living. The staff made it easy to want to choose Villa Hermosa.
I was really impressed. I spent some time in assisted living and memory care with my wife who had Alzheimer’s. Villa Hermosa has everything I would expect in a pleasant place to live. It is at the top of my list.
Outstanding staff, very caring seasoned individuals. Appealing floor plans. Nice luncheon menu. Good activity options. Hallways a bit dark.

Cynthia did a wonderful job, leading the tour, communicating solutions for my client's needs and sending us home with delicious cookies as a lovely addition to the whole experience. Highly Recommend!
Living at Villa Hermosa is like being in college all over again. The facility is beautiful, it contains everything one needs. The activities are varied with something for everyone, be it physical or mental. The meals are healthy and varied. I am so glad I live here.

Beware before you move your loved ones in. They makes promises that are not kept. The water issue constantly comes up. It is cheaply repaired so reappears frequently. Not healthy for anyone let along the elderly. The appliances in each room are poor quality. Rent rises while care declines. If you add more care for absorbent amounts there is minimal care done. They promise everything, charge before the care is even in place and yet minimal care is done. Even periodically not showing up at all. If it wasn’t so difficult to move someone elderly, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
