No joke but this business’s stands up to its name. It’s definitely VIP here. [name removed] and her husband have gone above and beyond caring for my mother. They have catered to her hand over foot. Mom has needed some end of life nursing care that takes a special place to provide. I know that no other place would have personally loved my mother the way they have in these last months of her life. I’m emotionally exhausted from the family drama and [name removed] has been like an angel to me providing not only support to my mother but also to me. I can not say enough positive words. I feel so grateful and blessed to have received the care VIP Paradise has provided.

Do not bring your loved ones here!! Not as respectful as they state they are in thier website!! Staff member, [name removed], rudely and angrily kicked me out of the facility because it's meal time. I came from out-of-town and wasn't aware of the meal time hours and I even called before arriving and they said it was fine. I waited in the waiting room to be picked up by my husband, and decided to walk to the kitchen area to ask the about the facility, and she angrily and defensively yelled, "you can't be in here!" We ended up having an argument and it did not end well. She claimed she is the owner there, which 1) I don’t believe cause she’ll bring down this business 2) she’s lying trying to prove superiority during our argument. I don't recommend anyone putting their loved ones here. Crazy [profanity removed], stressed out lady with issues.
