My mother was just admitted to your facility today (8-27-26) from Ridgeview I was told that I would be contacted by someone from your staff to give an update regarding my mother. I had not received a call from your facility and now I am trying other means. I noticed your hours of operation whether it is for Admissions or other services it is 24-hour service. I have been trying to reach someone by the contact number, your admissions office number and an email and thus far no response. I'm merely trying to get information regarding a relative and without your assistance I cannot do that. Is…

My email has all the contact information

The staff are very kind and respectful towards visitors, residents, etc. The center is very organized and routinely cleaned. I volunteered in Activities this summer and I observed how everyone makes residents feel safe. I will forever cherish my time here!

My brother has been there for a month. He's not happy and wants to leave. They had him in lockdown because he's has bouts of confusion and was getting angry because he found nobody was listening. So he ran. They went after him and dragged him back. He promised to not run again but he Is still unhappy. Which makes me unhappy. I called and said I wanted them to take him to the hospital. They refused so I called non emergency police to investigate and take him to the hospital.. i needed him to be evaluated they did not told me to do it. I went in to take him to the hospital. They refused so I called non emergency police to investigate and take him to the hospital.. i needed him to be evaluated they did not told me to do it. I went in to take him to the hospital. They called the police and had me escorted out. I did not cuss or yell. I spoke firmly not to intimidate but to let them know I was serious. Then couldn't call or come back. If I did I'd get arrested. When I called his daughter in Texas she called and got the fifth degree before she was allowed to talk to him. They said that they we're making sure she was not me. Please love your love ones and really consider an other place. I will never recommend this place. Ask to see the person in charge and check credentials. 'Please read the reviews. I love the program and all the fun volunteering experiences I got to do, like going to events and helping out. Jackie is super fun to be with and I love the way she is and how nice she is. She has made the experience very exciting and enjoyable and I love the fact that I got to meet new people.

Yuma Nursing Center is a wonderful place — the staff are caring and energetic, and the residents clearly enjoy the wide variety of activities and social events offered. My loved one is engaged, smiling, and well cared for; it feels like a warm, active community. Highly recommend for compassionate care and enriching daily programs.

Do NOT send your loved ones here. Do NOT send your loved ones here. Do NOT send your loved ones here. Nurse Isle should be fired!! Nurse isle should be fired!! Nurse isle should be fired!! My mom called me crying in pain after being ignored for over 2 hours without her prescribed pain medication. When I called Nurse Isle to find out what was going on, I was told they couldn’t get her medication because the door to the drug room was “jammed shut.” I told them I was on my way, and somehow, when I got there just 15 minutes later, the door was suddenly no longer a problem and they were able to access the medication. You can decide for yourself what to make of that. This is the kind of care my family received from a place trusted to look after vulnerable people recovering from surgery. My mom was left suffering, crying in pain, and I was given excuses instead of real solutions. I ultimately had to call 911 and have her transported back to the hospital because I no longer felt she was safe in their care. No family should ever have to wonder if their loved one is being ignored while sitting in pain. Based on our experience, I would never trust this facility with someone I love.

This place is the worst in communication and trying to get hold of family members they keep u on hold for 10-15min you call back and they won't answer they tell you that they will call back and never get any calls beyond horrible in communications

my grandma has been in the Dementia area on YNH I can say it has been alright they have a great doctor who is specialized in dementia patients start seeing the improvement and they also have a program for those older people that can't eat by themself its a Good place
