Very nice place and in the middle of being remodeled inside

There are many tenants that smoke in their apartment. Dogs are walked off leash. People walk their dogs in nightgown and slippers. Men have their pants hanging down with their cracks showing. People do whatever they want and the manager (Briana) does nothing. The on site manager (Ale) and maintenance man (Josh) are absolutely wonderful and do the best they can but their hands are tied by upper management. Most new rentals are being given to low income supplement renters. Don't be fooled when they tell you they are upgrading. They are putting lipstick on a pig. There are absolutely no…

I have recently moved into Canyon Run Apts. My experience from the first time I came by to look at apartments has been wonderful. Ali greeted me with big smile and a warm heart. It's not just me, she seems to be the same with the all tenants. Also Ali has addressed any and all issues with my apts in a timely manner. I also would like to mention Josh the maintenance man. He is so nice and friendly, always has a smile on his face and has fixed the things in my apt in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Canyon Run apts to anyone looking for peace and tranquility as well as active senior…

I have lived here for the last two years and have found the property to be more than adequate for all of my needs. It has also been great to have my rent adjusted down to what I could afford on my present fixed income. The office staff, Brianna, and Allie, along with the maintenance crew, Dave, and Ed, have always been very kind, patient and professional and responsive to any of my needs. I was so relieved to find out that I have another 1 and 1/2 years to go before all the rental rates will go up to market rates and I will have to find another senior subsidized low-income apartment to move in to because on my fixed income I cannot afford market rates. These subsidized low-income apartments are getting much harder to find in the Prescott area, being that so many older adults are moving here, and the demand is outstripping the supply for subsidized units, so I and others will have to move out of the Prescott Area. But I really enjoyed my stay at Canyon Run and would recommend it to anyone who can afford the market rates. It is still a good deal for those who can afford it.

After searching for several weeks I found a great place to live and within my budget! Ali has been wonderful to work with. Great personality and always has a smile on her face. The staff is wonderful. Me and my furbabies are happy to be here!!

Be careful of the dog that lives in 103 named buns it has attacked three other dogs little dogs in here before two of them had to go to the vet it is overweight and very aggressive nothing will ever be done about it because it's Brianna the office manager's pet she buys his treats all the time and protects it every time it bites another dog it's overweight and very aggressive. it's supposed to wear a muzzle but it never does cuz the owner Ed never puts it on and the office never enforces the muzzle rule on this dog.

It's a nice apt.building.I work here .The tenants are all nice.

Im moving in on march 1st....have friends 3 different people that have lived there fore years.....love it very clean ....looked it over many times.!!!!!!!!
