The consistent, everyday kindnesses of the Cottonwood Village staff add up to trust and peace of mind. My dad feels cared for, safe, listened to. Our family is forever thankful.
The staff at cottonwood village were extremely friendly and helpful. The physical appearance of the buildings was a little disappointing although they are in the process of refurbishing. I did notice a slight nursing home smell in the common areas. Not in the individual units. My reason for not selecting this facility was that they don’t accept Medicaid.
