Decent place for elderly people and much needed for some
I have visited here many times over the past 18 years, and it's always been clean and looking nice. The staff has always been cordial and helpful.
I would like to thank Sonia the manager she was so kind and helpful and for giving us a place to call "home" as we were going to be homeless. We appreciate everything she did for us. Cody, he is maintenance and he is very friendly and fixes any issues right away.
I moved into Village Tower just recently. I am so thankful to the leasing manager Sonja she was very helpful. Extremely professional and kind!! Through communication I provided all of the information needed for her to process my application. I feel at home 🏡. I feel safe she is the best very competent 😊. Thank you so much
Spoke with Sonja today. Sonja is a blessing! She provided me with well thought out information. She explained the process in detail. She was very patient and helped understand things. She showed a lot of passion for the town and community. I hope I can leave California and become a resident some day. I would recommend Village Tower to anyone because in Sonja.
I have been on the waiting list here for 2 years, calling every 4 months and even traveling up to Prescott three times as I could not get anyone to return my call. I have email this company from Linda to Cody to Sonja, and called HUD 4 times over this place. When I called in June 2023 Sonja told me it would still be after the new year even though I was just number 16 on the list when I signed up. I called today and got a return call telling me that they drop me from the list. In my last email I updated the place with a new number and phone number as I wanted proof I had done so. Good thi g! This person called me today told me after 2 years, hundreds of phone calls, emails and everything else, that I was dropped from the list as she said my mail returned. When I asked why she hadn't called, she claimed she did and left a message, which she did not! Then she claimed I never updated my address and phone number with her. This is discrimination! My room mate then recieved the same call I did after he also reached out today telling him his mail was returned, nope.. he updated his information through email as I did. It's sad that this manager has took to lying about this list! This was Good Sam, a Christian group, to lie to a disabled senior is as low as one can get. I went 2 years being told I wasn't poor enough, even through I am 90 % poverty, that those that made less then me, no matter where on the list they where git the next apartment before me. I was homeless for 9 months this year as well. She knew that as well. I am sickened that this person would even be considered for this job, let alone get it! They where having problems keeping management that's why Cody a maintenance man ran the place for month's! What happened to the true list? I will be calling her Corp office, hud and good Sam and an attorney with proof that I have made contact through call, emails and yes in person! Shame on this manager for being dishonest, I guess no one ever taught you truth!
New manager is awful, rude, and nasty. Abusing old folks, talking down to them, overall terrible. Do NOT bring your loved ones here if you actually love them.
