A caregiver, She would come into our room Whenever my roommate needed help, He was Bedridden from Parkinson’s disease, He would need help throughout the night sometimes every half hour. Leslie would show him respect, patience, and genuine kindness. Though she was the only one dedicated to our hall I’m sure she had 20 patients to attend to. She was always in hustle mode, had genuine positive attitude all the time . Having her on the floor is truly priceless. She even plunged our toilet a couple times! She’s amazing. I’m impressed how she always go the extra mile to ensure comfort and dignity. Thank you for your incredible dedication! Leslie

The care was excellent. Staff was very kind and attentive. The food was horrible! It was cold, tiny portions, and full of carbs. I was lucky to have my husband bring in food daily.

I have been a resident for almost a year. Heard bad things about the facility, but I really like it here. I get great therapy and really good care from my nurses and especially my cnas. Yes. They are short handed like everyone else. My room cleaner comes if not everyday, every other day. They have great activities. Food is okay, like other places. I have the option to go to somewhere else and I made the choice to stay. And plan to be here for quite sometime. My needs are intense and they take good care of them.

The staff is great. All the CNA are very ood and respond in a reasonable amount of time. The physical therapists and occupational therapists are excellent. I progressed at a good rate. They keep it clean. The only down side is the food. Poor quality and undercooked. Something they should fix.

I paid for additional five days for him to stay, that was 1,065.00 In on February 18 morning. He died that night! I have called MANY times, no refund yet, just get the run around from their billing dept. Stacey is the one I get a run around. What would you do? I'm really mad. 😡

I was discharged from yrmc west campus, ( great experience) was sent to granite creek last at about 6:30 was in the room in the dark, it was almost 2 hrs before given any water or anything. It was after 10:30 pm before I signed papers. I do not recommended this place at all.

My mother has been here for for approximately 2 years. I really want to list all the great people who have personally assisted my mom. Tina-Charge nurse, Mariah-CNA, Monica-CNA, Brittany-CNA, Marcia-Nurse, Cindy-night Nurse, Ariana-Cna, Alyah-activity, Allegra-activity, Shawna-Social service, Dawn-Dietary manager, Larissa-Therapy Director & others that really have helped with my moms care. Granite creek has improved tremendously since my moms 1st day. Mom has Alzheimer’s and both my sister & I tried to have her live with us for years until it became iimpossible. As a caregiver myself, I needed the assistance of GCH&R. My sister & I appreciate all that the staff does to help our desperate situation. Thanks guys! see you soon, Michael Ramirez

I had a wonderful nurse named Vicky in the 200 hall. She was very attentive and always had a smile. Because of her, my stay at "Granite Creek " extremely pleasant
