Hacienda del ray facility provides a safe, caring, and supportive place for seniors to live with dignity. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality senior care.
I can't say enough about this wonderful community. My sister lived there and was surrounded by love from the residents, to the caregivers, to the staff. When she was rushed to the hospital, the staff visited her regularly, and the owner checked on me to make sure I was ok. I recently lost my sister, but my heart is full of thanks for Hacienda Del Rey.
Thank you, Tammy, for an excellent tour. I appreciate your willingness to stay until 7 PM to tour with me and my clients. This is a testament to your commitment and hard work, which is greatly appreciated.
The staff really cares.
My father is in Hacienda Del Rey. What I like best is the homey feel of it, the way the casitas are set up, the way that there is a large porch walkway area, and it's roomy. The staff has been wonderful. I've gotten a hold of people when I needed to speak with them. They have been helpful. They have contacted me with information, concerns, or questions. It's like working with a team, and I am involved in that team. It's not just them and then me and then him. We're all working together to support my father in his care, and it's been amazing. The communication is just next level. I have not tasted their food yet, but it looked and smelled amazing. It is cleaner than my apartment. It's very bright, very nice, and very open. It's got high vaulted ceilings, so you don't feel closed in. It doesn't feel like it's a locked facility, even though they do have the alarms on the doors because it is memory care, and the residents have a tendency to walk and wander and things of that nature. It's very inviting, and everything is so nice. It's not mismatched or kind of off. The residents sit at an actual dinner table to have their lunches, breakfast, and dinner. It feels like home. It is incredible. I know that they have been looking for specific activities for him based on his background as an auto technician. I know they had puzzles and a separate room with a TV and books, like a nook library and things like that. They said they do karaoke, dance, bingo, and a couple of other things in the main community. I'm not entirely certain what they're going to have for the memory care area at this moment.
Thank you all for taking such good care of our mom, Sheila Ramirez
I had a wonderful experience visiting HDR. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were very clean and well taken care of. I had the pleasure of working with Connie who set super fun activities for the residents. And Julie who conducted the Alzheimer’s walk for the residents and their families. I highly recommend this community to anyone seeking a caring, well-managed, and activity-filled place for their loved ones.
I think it's as good as any. I just always felt like they were short-staffed, which I believe all facilities are. We picked them because It was a nice clean facility
