Marlon helped me a lot. Other CNS that helped were Ethan, Carroll, Julius, Ellie, Britney, Aidan, probably many more! The PTs that are we're always helping were Cody, Lisa, and Jen. OTs that came in were Jessica, Steve, and Lisa with great advice. Case manager Angela Torres kept my wife in the loop and was great to explain things to me. I appreciated Doctor Shaba's knowledge and kindness. Cafeteria help and food was exceptional. Thank you all at Sante'.
If I could give a ZERO I WOULD. My mom got released from hospital to them and was sharing room with another patient. She had broken hip the night time nurse is horrible everytime I was calling to check on her I was getting hung up on. I was about to call 911 to do a wellness check on facility since people kept hanging up on me. The nurse she had has no business taking care of patients shes rude and uncompationate. We wanted are mom to go to Chandler and no open spots so we thought ok same company its got to be good. Ended up a nightmare. She ended up falling and said RN said ohhhh she was on…

We wanted are mom to go to Chandler and no open spots so we thought ok same company its got to be good. Ended up a nightmare. She ended up falling and said RN said ohhhh she was on floor for a few minutes that was BS way longer than that she had a room mate plus we had a camera SO THEY STRAIGHT UP LIED!!!!!. People should be fired and never get a job in the health industry again. I understand RNs are short staffed I also work in medical field but companies should not hire warm bodies just because. We need competent and compassionate human beings to take care of our loved ones while they are going thru a life changing event. I am checking with a lawyer to see what can be done with my mothers experience as she was in Scottsdale and Chandler location and yes I have much more to say. I hope the CEO of this company reads this and makes changes because I would NEVER WISH MY MOTHERS EXPERIENCE ON ANY OTHER LOVED ONES EXPERIENCE IN THIS TYPW OF FACILITY AS THEY SAY THEY HAVE HIGH STANDARDS. Now we go to Scottsdale after surgery which is RICH town yes MMMMMMMM service also disappointing......check my post there. Do sad what they do to our loved ones.
In a country where English is the primary language, my experience here was absolutely horrible while visiting my loved one who was a resident there. The CNA‘s spoke Spanish constantly around my loved one, making them feel alienated because they did not know what was being said. My Spanish speaking friend came with me one day, and explain to me that they were talking negatively about my loved one. I yanked my relative out of there right away, and told an English speaking CNA, who had complained about her coworkers speaking Spanish in front of the patients, only later to be disciplined for…

If you love somebody, do not bring them there!
My father came to Santé of Mesa for rehab after surgery, and honestly, we were worried about him getting depressed or bored. That changed the moment we met Blair Williams. He is the Life Enrichment Director, and he takes that title seriously- in the best ways. Every single week, Blair has something fun going on. Taco Tuesday is a huge hit—my dad still talks about the setup with all the fixings. And Waffle Bowl Wednesday? Pure genius. It gave everyone something to look forward to, and you could see residents lighting up just walking into the dining room. But what really impressed me is how Blair pays attention to everyone's energy level. On high-energy days, he's leading group games, bringing in musicians, or setting up painting sessions that get people laughing and competing. On low-energy days, he's just as present—sitting one-on-one with residents who need quiet company, doing puzzles, playing cards, or just having a conversation to keep their minds sharp and spirits up. He knows when to hype people up and when to dial it back, and that takes real skill. The facility is clean, the nursing staff is kind and professional, and the whole atmosphere feels warm and welcoming. But Blair is honestly the secret sauce. He treats every resident like they matter—because they do. If you're looking for a rehab facility that actually cares about quality of life—not just physical recovery—this is it. I'd recommend Santé of Mesa to anyone without hesitation. Thank you Blair and the entire team for giving our family peace of mind.
My dad stayed here for 2 weeks! He came home last week! Blair Williams made sure he was taken care of and he made sure that my dad stayed busy! I’m so glad my dad had fun stuff to do and kept busy! Thank you Blair for making sure he kept busy while he was away from home! I would also like to thank Oz Gudino because he was the most helpful getting my dad in! Oz even went to the hospital to meet him! What a wonderful experience! Th al you Oz and Blair for all of your help!
Santé of Mesa has been an absolute blessing for our family. Knowing that our loved one is not only getting excellent physical care but is also genuinely happy and socially active gives us so much peace of mind. A huge, heartfelt thank you to the Life Enrichment Director, Blair Williams! He does an outstanding job planning activities that keep everyone excited and involved. From coordinating beautiful birthday celebrations and organizing fun group games to painting sessions that tap into everyone's creative side, Blair goes above and beyond. He truly knows how to make every resident feel celebrated, special, and loved. We are so incredibly thankful for everything he does!
Very lovely facility, Nurse Elizabeth was a heaven sent from the moment we were admitted she was there answering all the questions we had. She is full of knowledge and kindness which is hard to find these days in healthcare. Many times i brought concerns to different nurses and they seem to brush it under the rug but you mention it to Elizabeth and she is on it within minutes. Thank you Elizabeth for the fantastic care!
I was very reluctant to go to a SNF after a week in the hospital. I did not opt to go after a previous hospital stay a couple months prior & landed back with a number of serious discoveries this time. I hesitantly agreed to go this time since I live alone. I did my research & Sante of Mesa was the clear best choice. I was on my own & very unsure/anxious about what to expect. At the same time I was having problems securing care for my cat & dog since I left unexpectedly by fire ambulance. Other issues with my house also had me quite upset. On top of learning about multiple discoveries regarding my health I was a basket case. I reluctantly opted to be transported to Sante of Mesa & arrived during the afternoon/night shift change. That first night was spent feeling afraid, uncertain & alone. The next morning case manager Angela Torres arrived & became my source of strength & comfort for my 3 week stay. She helped me navigate any concerns or obstacles. With Angela’s combination of medical background, interpersonal skills, case management knowledge, & compassion she saw me through discharge. She even followed up with me after I returned home. I highly recommend Sante of Mesa. It’s an excellent SNF with top notch staff. If your case manager is Angela you’ll be as blessed as I was.
