I have never been in a rehabilitation center and I was afraid that first night, but Sonia Vanessa and Eugene made me feel at home. Everything I asked for they did with a smile. They have such a pleasant attitude. They were on top of things very organized. Vanessa always remembered my almond milk in the fridge before I even asked for it. She would heat it up so it wouldn’t make my oatmeal cold. (Since I was lactose intolerant) Thank you Vanessa. Gene is caring and attentive to patients needs. Sonia is so amazing! My experience at Haven Health of Flagstaff was great! I have never been in a rehabilitation center and I was afraid that first night, but Sonia Vanessa and Eugene made me feel at home. Everything I asked for they did with a smile. They have such a pleasant attitude. They were on top of things very organized. Vanessa always remembered my almond milk in the fridge before I even asked for it. She would heat it up so it wouldn’t make my oatmeal cold. (Since I was lactose intolerant) Thank you Vanessa. Gene is caring and attentive to patients needs. Sonia is so amazing! She has such a special gift serving people when at their lowest,bathing them while still persevering their dignity. That’s what she did for me. She’s such a beautiful person and I’ll never forget what she’s done for me. My Stay in Haven Health was a good experience and they took good care of me when I stayed there. Candace and Eugene and Vanessa took care of me Greatly. Oh can’t forget Amber she did a great job with taking care of me too, Plus John to for getting me back on Feet again thanks for helping me with everything Haven Health staff members…Keep up the good work Norris Mann of Shonto Az
My insurance company paid for this facility. I really loved most of the staff that goes above and beyond to help their patients. Thank you so much Vanessa, Eugene, Sonya, CherylO and nurse Jackie for making my two week stay at Haven so positive. The only negative was the quality of food served to the patients. I hope the quality of food improves for future residents. This is a great place to recuperate when you need the special care.

There were a few nurses that made my life much easier and comfortable. The following are special and we're always there when I needed anything. They include: Sonya, Jackie, Amber and Amelia ( Resident Relations Director). They are all really great and go above and beyond. I am probably forgetting someone and for that I am sorry but my mind is shot from all of that trauma the month before and then during my stay there. Again, thank you all .
Hello, my name is Franklin Faber. I’m writing to review my experience at Safe Haven. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially the exceptional hospitality I received from Eugene, Sona, and Vanessa. They were all incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel right at home. They prepared the food I wanted, ensured my comfort, and made sure I was happy. I highly recommend Safe Haven to anyone looking for a welcoming and enjoyable experience. Thank you to the associates and Safe Haven for making my stay so special. :)
I am very happy to leave a 5 star review for Eugene, Sonya, and Vanessa. They took excellent care of my husband who was very ill with cancer. Thank you so much, I could not have anyone better to care for him
Sonya is the best CNA staff there, hard worker and prompt at all her tasks. John, the physical therapist is great at his job and he makes sure all his patients are safe and knowledgeable on walking correctly. Overall all the staff are knowledgeable and very courteous and helpful with the patients and makes sure the patients get there needs met so they are safe and don't get injured or infections!! I'm going to miss it there!! The activity coordinator there is awesome going to miss Mary and her helper extremely!! Excellent care at Haven Health of Flagstaff Arizona. The alternative food was better than the original meals they had. Needs to be redone more better food like baked potatoes loaded, meatballs and spaghetti, cod fish, fries, Navajo tacos, pork chops, chicken tenders and jalapenos with some meals, Mexican food.
My SO was here for 31 days. He received excellent care in Skilled Nursing. Eugene and Vanessa are the A team of CNAs.
