THIS IS NOT SCAM – THIS IS NOT A MISTAKE FEEDBACK – AND I’M HUMAN! I need to be very clear — your receptionist CATHY was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Instead of listening and assisting me, she acted careless, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. A receptionist is supposed to represent your company, yet the way CATHY handled the call showed ZERO respect or basic courtesy. Ask your receptionist if she even understands what basic phone professionalism means — because clearly, she doesn’t. If this is the kind of behavior you allow at your front desk, then don’t be surprised if people think your whole company operates in the same sloppy and disrespectful way. Honestly, if CATHY can’t even do the simple basics — greet properly, listen, and pass a message — then maybe she’s in the wrong job.

Evelyn Padilla is an exceptional Activities Director!! She goes above and beyond to create a vibrant, loving and engaging environment for the residents. Her energy, positive attitude & enthusiasm make the facility feel lively and enjoyable. Evelyn is an asset to Haven NH and to the Prescott community!!

I don’t typically write reviews but I am going to in this case. My Mother was in decline over the last couple of years, and eventually was sent to Haven Health in Prescott after a visit to the local hospital. The hospital is not set up to handle longer term care issues. I live in California so it was necessary to communicate by phone with the staff at Haven Health Prescott by phone. I found that staff to be very helpful in a very stressful time, and believe that their care for my Mother is to be praised. Their Social Worker was more than helpful in managing everything from ensuring that the Medicare benefits were managed correctly, to helping me keep up to date on that status of my Mother, and providing resources for in-home services when that was the direction things took. Overall, I would like to thank the staff for the time they spent with my Mother…it really is a difficult job that you have to be cut out for. Thank you

absolutely hands down i was impressed with this facility. My father was referred to them for months of therapy following a fall at home. When I first walked in I noticed immediately that everything smells clean, there were a lot of caregivers and I didn't see any signs of not having enough staff for the residence. Thank you Haven Health for taking care of our elderly and you all deserve recognition

I love it here with my wife Lisa The people are nice , love all The care takers Richard ! The cleaning people do a super Job of cleaning there are super Great people also 😃😀😀😀😀😀 Evelyn and Jessica they great In the activity room and they are great people also!!! Also Richard the transportation guy is wonderful at his job. He's so helpful and kind. Debi the care does a great job Richard and Lisa !
